Since 1867, Howard University has awarded more than 100,000 degrees in the professions, arts, sciences and humanities; it has long held a commitment to the study of disadvantaged persons in American society and throughout the world. Students were most fascinated with how Hands and his business partner in a consulting company were able to go from an idea to a nationally recognized business with several publications.
